although beds were a little small, loved having central heating, a work desk and television. there was a roll-in shower in the private bathroom. location in the middle of the town was a plus. it was located in a nice area and near everything.

I had a very comfortable stay near the town center and would have liked to stay longer than 2 nights, definitely planning on returning in the future.

The location of the hotel is superb, being very close to Sheringham Town center and just a short walk away from the beach. Guests loved how convenient it was to have everything so close by. the rooms were well-equipped and cozy, providing a comfortable stay. the service at the hotel was friendly and helpful, with the owner being very communicative and accommodating. Guests also enjoyed the option to cook their own breakfast with fresh local produce.
Some guests mentioned that the ceiling windows in the rooms did not have blinds, which caused them to be woken up early in the morning by the sunlight.

The Location was Brilliant very close to town and beach. Plenty of dog friendly pubs and coffee shops. The bed was very warm and comfortable.
The rooms were all great but the back door could not be locked upon arrival and the front door was broken and couldn't lock. This definitely needs to be fixed as it affects the security of the accommodation.
